Monday 3rd August

10:45 Arrivals, settle in, refreshments; coffee, juice, snacks

12:00 Beachside Movement session by boutique fitness studio ROX

13:00 - 14:00 Refreshments & Lunch 

14:00 Free time to enjoy the house, beach, relax, chat and enjoy each other's company.

Sunbathe, enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub etc

19:00 Evening Mexican Fiesta

20:00 Day Guests depart

20:30 Sundowners

Tuesday 4th August

8:00 Morning sea dips, time to use Sauna, cold plunge etc 

10:00 Brunch

11:00 Checkout

There is Wifi on site, but encouraging time offline to rest, relax and enjoy the experience!

Our Beach House is 5 mins taxi from Angmering station

There are 8 parking spaces available on site, and electrical charging points

Full packing list will be sent ahead of time, along with our retreat Whatsapp group, a few house rules, and we will collect dietary requirements etc from you as well
